Easy vegan chocolate bars

This vegan snack is healthy, easy to make and delicious, too!
It consists of just 3 ingredients and I swear, you´ll love it. It’s the perfect snack to take to school/work or you could eat it before your workout, it will give you just that extra bit of energy.

Ingredients:
– 10 (unpitted) medjool dates
– 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
– a handful of walnuts

Instructions:
1. Put the dates in a bowl and mix them up with your hands, a fork or put them in your food processor.
(If your choose to use your food processor, first put the walnuts in, then the dates.)
2. Crush the walnuts with a ladle in smaller (not too small) pieces and add them to the date mush. If you’d like to you could also add a pinch of salt.
3. Add the cacao powder to it all and mix it even more untill you’ve got a large ball of dough.
4. Knead out the dough in a square (+/- 1cm high) on a piece of greaseproof paper or plastic.
5. Place in freezer or fridge for 15-20 minutes before cutting into 4 rectangles.
